Crusaders Women Get First Win at Home Over Columbus
ORLANDO, FL - Two goals each from Yvonne Hayes and Jordan Rowan helped lead the Central Florida Crusaders to their first home win over the Columbus Rapids 6-4.
Jena Tilleman made her debut in goal for the Crusaders, picking up her first professional win.
Central Florida would never trail in the game, after getting on the board early thanks to Andrea Lopez's 1st quarter strike.
Alivia Gonzalez would score in the 2nd quarter, while Jordan Rowan scored in the 3rd to hold a 3-2 lead going into the final frame.
Yvonne Hayes would score back-to-back goals, then Rowan would score her second with three minutes to go to seal the win.

The Crusaders will now prepare for a three-game weekend, as they head to Fayetteville on Friday night and Saturday afternoon before coming back home to host Tampa Bay on Sunday, while the Rapids host the Memphis Americans on Friday and Saturday, then host Fayetteville on Sunday.
